I mother of three wonderful adult children and "life artist".

Since 1996 I have been working with Feng Shui and Releasing (letting go of old patterns, fears and blockages on the soul level).

Since July 2000 I am self-employed as Feng Shui and life coach. Even as teacher in evening schools I worked for many years with Feng Shui and craft courses for women.

In July 2004 I was authorized by Isa and Yolanda Lindwall and blessed to work as releasingteacher.

In 2003 I started working with Johan Wahlström from Sweden with Hawaiian Colon Cleansing and could learn this method in cooperation with him in a number of courses in Sweden and Germany. 2005 I received the blessings and permission of Auntie Margaret from Hawaii via Beatrice Freitas to share this work in seminars by my own.

With Beatrice Freitas I did 2005 the training in Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage.

In August 2005, I gave my first Hawaiian Colon Cleansing Course without Johan in Worpswede. Since then I have led more than 100 courses (with groups and single persons) in Germany, Sweden, Estonia, Spain and South Tyrol. Between 2010 and 2012 I educated Corina Angrick in this method, too.

Over the years I have done twelve Hawaiian Colon Cleansing Cures for myself and by this and the work with "Releasing" I feel  lighter, younger and healthier from year to year.

My goal is to share my experiences with you and support you on the way to also feel "light & free".
